Simple add to the cart in this section as many names as you are purchasing.

Once you check out, there is a section that says "Order Special Instructions".  In that section, please list the name as you want it to appear on the apparel as well as a description and size of the apparel you wish to have it added to.  

For example under:  Order Special Instructions:

Bella - Gold Rush Hoodie - Adult Med

Mom - Rhinestone Fan gear hoodie - Adult Med
